Two things are worth holding in mind when comparing Belgravia Ace with a condominium. First, the areas here are strata areas for a whole house — three or four levels plus a basement or attic, a private car porch and a roof terrace — not an apartment floor plate. Second, the tenure is freehold rather than 99-year leasehold, which is a different asset entirely over a multi-decade hold.

Because Belgravia Ace has obtained TOP, the payment schedule is not the long progressive draw of a project under construction. It is 5% on the Option to Purchase, 80% within eight weeks of the OTP date, 13% on receipt of the Certificate of Statutory Completion and 2% on the completion date.
